John Okulski
As
an avowed fitness enthusiast since the age of 12, John has accumulated
a lifetime of experience and hands-on learning in the fields of exercise
and nutrition. During his teenage years, John competed successfully
in several bodybuilding competitions. In his pursuit of achieving maximum
workout results in minimum time, John developed a weight training program
that few promoted at the time. This program will help you achieve maximum
strength and toning while limiting the time you need to spend in the
gym.
He hopes to offer more than simply weight training or nutrition tips
in this on-line magazine, though. As he freely admits, his pursuit of
physical beauty came at a cost. Though he achieved a certain level of
muscularity and fitness, John led a very shallow life. Even after he
left the bodybuilding scene in his early 20's, John lacked a meaning
to his life. In his late 20's John found that meaning and wants to communicate
it to you. For having a healthy attractive body is good, but having
a healthy soul is far more important. John wishes for you, his readers,
to have both even as he works toward the same goal.
